Pieces: 16 plastic pieces (two 23″ bases, four 23″ middles, two 12″ spacers, six 2″ spacers, and two 3″ tops) plus 10 internal rubber shims.
Height: Up to 7’6″ (90 inches). Additional pieces may be ordered separately for taller installations.
Base Diameter: 18″ diameter to account for a large 12″x12″ mounting plate and/or 9″ triangular mounting plate.
Wall Thickness: All pieces are .125″ thick except for the reinforced base pieces which are .2″ thick.
Material: Premium polymer blend (PPC-0520UR BK2073 resin).
Weight: ~12 lb per unit.
Compatibility: Universal fit designed for standard 1-3″ square, round sign, or U-channel posts.
Installation: Snap-fit clamshell design — no tools required.

The Spartan’s clamshell snap-fit design installs in minutes without tools or adhesives. Each cover secures tightly around a standard 1-3″ sign post for a clean, professional finish.
Step 1:
Align the two halves of The Spartan around the sign post.
Step 2:
Press the snap-fit seams together horizontally and vertically until they click securely.
Step 3:
Verify the cover sits flush at the base and top.
Step 4:
Enjoy a finished look that lasts for years.
